Best Days Start with Organic Grenache Rosé
A Pink Drink For Members Only
What’s pink, pours like a summer sunset, and tastes like the best day ever? Best Day Rosé is back — and it’s already making waves. As featured in The New Times San Luis Obispo, our limited-edition 2024 rosé is making an early debut at Rosé the SLO Way festival on April 13, and let’s just say… blink and it might be gone. The Best Day Rosé ’24 along with some fun whites and reds are set to release to club members only on April 26. Last year, our entire production sold out in a single day! This year? Just 40 cases of mouthwatering, amphora-aged, Grenache rosé crafted by hand from our organic estate vineyard in Paso Robles.
What makes it so irresistible? Maybe it’s the juicy cherry and wild raspberry fruit. Maybe it’s the cold amphora fermentation that locks in freshness and adds gorgeous texture. Or maybe it’s the story — Josh literally hand-harvested the Grenache himself one crisp fall morning, then loaded the fruit in the back of our truck and drove it straight to the winery.
Down To The Details
Every detail was intentional from the first steps. Thibido Vineyard is certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers and this block of Grenache produced outstanding quality fruit. “Josh actually handpicked the grenache block at 21 Brix specifically for the rosé so the acid and the sugar would be balanced,” says co-owner Gibsey Beckett. “Every bottle is made with passion and care.”
You could wait to try it — but fair warning: Right now, becoming a member is the only way to guarantee a bottle. So, make every day your Best Day — join our club, and claim your bottle before it’s gone.
