Winemaker Tasting In SLO

With decades of expe­ri­ence in the wine indus­try, Josh grew up work­ing at his family’s Peachy Canyon Win­ery, learn­ing from Paso Rob­les leg­ends. His jour­ney took him to Australia’s Cape Mentelle before he returned as head wine­mak­er at Peachy Canyon. Lat­er, he co-found­ed Chron­ic Cel­lars, known for its bold, uncon­ven­tion­al wines.

In 2018, Josh plant­ed Thibido Vine­yard with a vision: craft­ing wines he loves while pre­serv­ing the plan­et. Thibido embraces regen­er­a­tive farm­ing, min­i­mal­ist pack­ag­ing, and eco-friend­ly mate­ri­als — choos­ing light­weight glass, biodegrad­able ship­ping, and 100% post-con­sumer waste labels to reduce its car­bon foot­print.
