From our Thibido Estate Vineyard, the Grenache was farmed using organic practices and treated with the utmost care every step of the way. The vines are vertical cordon trained and planted on an Eastern facing hillside of the Willow Creek District. We farmed this block of Grenache specifically for the Best Day Rosé. The block was hand-picked at a lower sugar content, retaining its natural acidity, and the low yields at .25 tons per acre ensured the highest quality fruit went into this wine. After picking, the fruit went straight to press and was fermented and aged in neutral French Oak barrels.
