Best Day Rosé

Grenache Rosé | 2025

Fresh and playful with candied watermelon, strawberry, and a splash of guava, balanced by crisp acidity and a touch of spice. This mineral-kissed estate-grown Grenache rosé is delicate and as joyful as it is rare in just 40 cases.

  • 92 James Suckling

Crafted from 100% Grenache grown on the CCOF Certified Organic Thibido Estate Vineyard, this limited 2025 Best Day Rosé is an intentional and intimate expression of place. Sourced from just four rows, meticulously farmed and hand-harvested by our tasting room and cellar team, this extremely small lot — fewer than 40 cases — reflects both care and precision.

Once picked, the fruit arrived at the winery for very gentle squeezing of the fruit to avoid the extraction of any harsh or unwanted flavors or tannins. Once pressed, the Grenache juice was directly transferred to the small amphora made of terracotta clay. Imported from Italy, the terracotta clay amphora connects this wine to centuries-old winemaking tradition. Its porous nature allows for gentle micro-oxygenation while naturally regulating temperature, naturally stirring the juice, enhancing both texture and aromatic complexity without overshadowing the purity of the fruit. The wine retains its vibrant freshness while gaining subtle texture and nuance, allowing best days to be yours with one sip.

A delicate pale rose in the glass, this vintage opens with lifted aromas of candied watermelon, fresh strawberry, and a hint of white pepper. On the palate, bright notes of strawberry and raspberry are complemented by a touch of guava and gentle spice. Fresh acidity keeps the wine lively and refreshing, while a soft, rounded texture adds balance and charm. The result is a rosé that is both playful and poised.

This versatile rosé is made for shared moments at the table in good company. Pair it with fresh summer fare like watermelon feta salad, grilled shrimp, or light Mediterranean dishes to highlight its bright fruit and acidity. It also shines alongside brunch favorites — think avocado toast, smoked salmon, or fruit-forward plates. Whether dressed up or casual, it’s a wine that elevates any occasion into something worth celebrating.
