A Syrah for All Palates: Carbonic Winemaking

Vinification style is at the behest of the winemaker, a "choose your own adventure" process resulting in new twists on old wine styles. Known for its bold and fruit-forward flavor, Syrah offers aromatic notes of pepper, smoke. We produce two different Syrah wines, both made from the same block of fruit off of the same vineyard, but vinified completely differently.
