100% Grenache Blanc originated from the La Vista Vineyard of the Adelaida District in Paso Robles. The optimal growing season of 2021 offers balanced flavors and the confidence of a wine ready to drink now.

Smooth introductions lead to fresh acidity and pineapple on the mid palate, leaving the telltale creamy finish of a wine aged in terra cotta amphora. Medium bodied with solid acidity, pair it with lively conversation and a bloomy rind cheese or spicy sausage.

After hand-picking, the fruit was pressed and introduced to our terra cotta amphora to ferment and age for twenty-six weeks until bottling. The amphora lends an enhanced minerality to the flavor profile as well as a characteristic creaminess to the texture of the wine.
